The choosen candidate will join our mechanical design team and will be responsible for designing and tracking the implementation of the mechanical parts of our ATE systems:
After defining and/ or collecting the project specifications, the successful resource will develop the design of the mechanical parts in all its phases: starting from the preliminary 3d model, passing through the monitoring of the realization and validation of the prototypes, up to the realization of the relevant checklists.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- knowledge of Solidworks program;
- Interest in mechanical design;

The chosen resource will join our Design team, collaborating with bright and passionate engineers in the field and sharing with them an innovative and vibrant work environment. Specifically, the resource will focus on the following activities:
- Writing VHDL code for FPGA programming;
- Performing functional testing with laboratory measurements.

The chosen candidate will Join the ATE Engineering Team and will take part of the following activities:
- Participating in design, development and implementation of new ATE systems, in collaboration with Design and Software Development;
- Publishing manuals and end-user documentation related to the developed ATE systems and their use;
- Developing and implementing test program on new devices or implements their conversion from other previous platforms;
- Designing, developing, and implementing ATE interfacing boards;
- Checking the hardware of the systems and interfacing boards before delivery to the customer;
- Reporting feedback and new customer requests;
- Preparing and providing training to customer's Engineering and Maintenance;
- Performing on-site installation at the customer's site of new systems;
- Providing engineering support to the customer remotely or on-site.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Electronic engineering;
- Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken);
- Knowledge of Programming Languages (VB and C++) and knowledge of at least one CAD (Orcad, Altium) for electrical schematic design (PCB) are also preferred.

The selected resource will be employed as analogue macro-functionality designer using BCD technologies for the development of ASIC Smart Power. The development of the device will be followed in all the implementation and qualification phases starting from the evaluation of the electrical specification, passing through the bench parametric configuration tests up to the reliability tests.

As the core team member of the Test Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing production test solutions on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) for silicon verification and characterization, qualification, and manufacturing of high-performance mixed signal products.
You will play an important role to:
- Develop ATE test solutions in C/C++ language ATE platform.
- Develop and design the test schematics and layout of test hardware (probe card or load board) for new product release.
- Support NPI product transfer, test program buy-off, product qualification and release to production on time.
- Support manufacturing, quality and engineering improvement including yield improvement, failure analysis, test time optimization and other related activities.
- Support the test program conversion from legacy tester transfer to new tester platform.
- Degree in Electronic Engineering and with experience of test hardware and test program.
- Test development and debug skills for digital, analog and mixed signal product test.
- 4-5 years hands on experience in any of the ATE platform.
- Experience in programming such as C/C++ programming, Perl, etc.
- Knowledge on analog, digital and mixed signal devices and proficiency in electrical circuit analysis theory and design.
- Light travelling to customer sites.
The resource will join Service Support Team with the following responsibilities:
- Supporting the customer on-site and through remote assistance by receiving feedback about problems related to Hardware, Software and Application
- Supporting the Service technicians in failure analysis requiring engineering skills
- Ensuring that Services and Parts are consistently provided for the installed base under their responsibility
- Resolving problems working in team with people from other groups (Design team, Software Team, etc.)

The resource will join Service Support Team with the following responsibilities:
Ability to perform micro soldering is also required: dedicated trainings are provide by Microtest.
Knowledge of written and spoken English and the availability to travel in Italy and abroad are very important requirement as well.
- Perform the on-site installation at the customer's site of the new systems
- Verify the electronic parts of our ATE systems
- Assemble parts of ATE systems for implementation of the same
- Performand follow up repairs for installed systems
- Verify the hardware of the systems and interfacing boards before they are delivered to the customer
Ability to perform micro soldering is also required: dedicated trainings are provide by Microtest.
Knowledge of written and spoken English and the availability to travel in Italy and abroad are very important requirement as well.
