The resource will join Service Support Team with the following responsibilities:
  • Supporting the customer on-site and through remote assistance by receiving feedback about problems related to Hardware, Software and Application
  • Supporting the Service technicians in failure analysis requiring engineering skills
  • Ensuring that Services and Parts are consistently provided for the installed base under their responsibility
  • Resolving problems working in team with people from other groups (Design team, Software Team, etc.)
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics Engineer or related field. Knowledge of written and spoken English and the availability to travel in Italy and abroad are very important requirement as well.

The resource will join Service Support Team with the following responsibilities:
  • Perform the on-site installation at the customer's site of the new systems
  • Verify the electronic parts of our ATE systems
  • Assemble parts of ATE systems for implementation of the same
  • Performand follow up repairs for installed systems
  • Verify the hardware of the systems and interfacing boards before they are delivered to the customer
The ideal candidate has a High school diploma in electronics or related field and has experience, even minimal, in electronic systems/boards assembly and repair.
Ability to perform micro soldering is also required: dedicated trainings are provide by Microtest.
Knowledge of written and spoken English and the availability to travel in Italy and abroad are very important requirement as well.

The chosen candidate will join our ATE Service Team in Malta, with duties to assemble mechanical parts, make repairs and perform maintenance works on our ATE systems.
The location of the activity will be the customer's plant.
The chosen candidate will be provided with a 'home in Malta, in close proximity to the work site.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical High School Diploma
  • minimum experience in mechanical assembly and repair activities;
  • willingness to relocate to Malta
  • good knowledge of English (B1 level would be appreciated)

The choosen candidate will join our the Mechanical Design Team and will be in charge of designing and following the fabrication of the mechanical parts of Our ATE systems: after defining and/or gathering project specifications, the chosen resource will develop the design of the mechanical parts in all its phases: starting from the preliminary 3d model, through the monitoring of the realization and validation of the prototypes, to the realization of the relevant checklists.

  • Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Knowledge of Solidworks program

The chosen candidate will take part of our Electronic Design Team and will be in charge of design analog macro functionality, using BCD technologies for Smart Power ASIC Development. The device development will be followed through all phases of implementation and qualification, starting from electrical specification discussion, moving through bench parametric characterization, till testing and reliability testing.

  • Master's degree in Electronic Engineering
  • Knowledge of BCD technologies for Smart Power ASIC development

The choosen candidate will take part of our Electronic Design team and will be in charge of gathering requirements and performing analog design for our electronic boards and systems. Once the design’s made, testing and verification at simulation and bench level will follow.

The choosen candidate will be in charge of developing software drivers for ATE, using C++.

The selected candidate, Electronic Technicial, will be responsible for the development of complex PCB layouts, following the guideline to ensure the reliability and the quality of the designed hardware and to meet the project requirements (in term of electronic behavior and mechanical constraints).
    The candidate will need to demonstrate excellent learning skills, ability to integrate into the work team and a good knowledge in the common Layout Platform (Altium is the main and most used in house).

    The selected candidate, Electronic Engineer, will be responsible for the design, synthesys, optimization and management of digital core for complex electronic systems/boards starting from feasibility study and specification definition to hardware validation
     
    The candidate will need to demonstrate excellent learning skills, ability to integrate into the work team and a good technical background in the digital design, as FPGA programming using HDL code.
     
    A master degree in electrical engineering is also required without work experience.

    The selected candidate, Electronic Engineer, will be responsible for the design, optimization and management of electronic systems/boards starting from feasibility study and specification definition to hardware validation and eventual product industrialization.
     
    The candidate will need to demonstrate excellent learning skills, ability to integrate into the work team and a good technical background in discrete analog design.
     
    A master degree in electrical engineering is also required without work experience.

    The selected candidate, Electronic Engineer, will be in charge of the Failure Analysis of faulty cards, in order to:
    • provide directions for repairing the part (the repair will then be done by the assembly team or by service technicians);
    • highlight any critical issues in the card, allowing the making of the necessary corrections that improve the quality of the product.
    The complexity of our products requires an engineering skill set that knows how to deal with the various fields of electronics, both analog and digital.

    The chosen candidate will join our Electronic Design team and will be in charge of gathering requirements and perform FPGA specification and design for our ATE devices. Once the design’s made, fpga testing and verification at simulation and bench level will follow.

    • Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering
    • General technical expertise on problems relating to the development of electronic, analog and mixed-signal systems;
    • Knowledge of VHDL / Verilog / System Verilog language
    • Basic knowledge of the programming language C, C +;
    • Even minimal experience gained in the development of firmware for FPGAs;
    • Ability in the use of laboratory instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, frequency meters) for testing and testing electronic devices

    The choosen candidate will join our Microelectronic Design Team focusing in the following tasks:
    • Digital Design for design, synthesys and programming FPGA Xilinx using HDL code;
    • -The candidate will also be employed to develop digital ASIC cores including the management of the back end phase.

    The selected candidate will join the ATE Development and Support Team and will be in  charge of:
    • Taking part in the design, development and implementation of new ATE devices
    • Checking the hardware before delivering the ATE system to customer;
    • Reporting customer feedbacks and new requests;
    • Training the customer’s Engineering;
    • Installing ATE systems in the customer’s plant on-site.
    • Repairing ATE systems in Microtest and in the customer’s plant.

    The selected candidate will join our Software Development Unit in order to:
    • Conceive, develop and implement software for ATE systems using programming language C (C++, C#);

    In our Testing Team, the selected candidate will develop software and hardware components for testing mixed signal ASIC and other integrated circuits (DUT – device under test) on different ATE platforms (automatic test equipment). He/she will also manage the subsequent Testing and Debugging Process.
