Job 06/22 – Senior Sales Engineer

The selected candidate will join our Sales Division and will be in charge of the following activities:

  • Establishing new relationships with clients and suppliers and maintains the pre-existing ones;
  • Attending international fairs;
  • Interfacing with the engineering functions, in order to stay updated on products characteristics;
  • Interfacing with the engineering functions, in order to stay updated on products characteristics;
  • Preparing, organizing and taking part of presentations and demonstrations for customers;
  • Create and up-date ‘Market Potential analysis” to carrying and seeking new customers.
  • Prepare, write, and present trade studies, cost benefit analyses, white papers, reports and briefings as required
  • Connect a customer’s specific business problems and Microtest’s solutions

It is essential that the candidate has already worked in the semiconductor industry – ideally in a Sales related role for an international premium company;

It is also very important that the candidate has a previous demonstrated experience within the ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) field. He/she must have extensive knowledge of the products’ parts and functions.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Engineering;
  • 7-8 years of industry experience with a minimum of 4 within a sales environment
  • Deep knowledge of products technical specifications and functionality;
  • Professional knowledge of sales techniques;
  • Ability to take initiative and drive for results;
  • Ability to set up and to maintain business relationships;
  • Public speaking capability;
  • Strong customer-oriented attitude;
  • Organization and planning skills;
  • Fluency in Italian and English language, spoken and written
