Job 06/23 – Sales Manager for Test House and Microelectronics

The chosen candidate will work for both Business Units, Test House Services and Microelectronics, focusing on the following activities:

  • Managing business relationships with established customers;
  • Developing business relationships with new customers;
  • Providing sales support during client meetings and identifying the customer’s current and future requirements;
  • Preparing and managing presentations for customers and attending all SEMI trade shows (TSMC, ITF, ETS, SEMICON, SWT );
  • Interfacing with the Technical Dept., in order to stay updated on products characteristics;
  • Preparing detailed technical proposal for customers and negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions;
  • Offering after-sales support services.

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering;
  • Fluent English both spoken and written is also mandatory.
  • 7 – 10 years of technology sales experience, selling in the following markets:
    • Semiconductor equipment
    • Semiconductor IC design tools
    • Test and calibration services
    • Automotive and mixed signal chip design
    • Space or military business
  • Gained familiarity with:Cadence, Synopsis, Allegro IC design tools, Test, wafer sort, burn in, HTOL, RAD hard, engineering, characterization processes
  • Availability for business trips is mandatory

Fluent knowledge of alternate languages in addition to Italian is considered as a bonus
