More than 40 test engineers are working supporting several customers on test program developments.

The activity starts from design for testability to test program development and debug, test-time optimization, yield, improvement and production support.

We have in Microtest a lot of expertise on several Teradyne testers such as A565, A585, Catalyst, J750, Integra Flex for any kind of products, including RF Solutions.

In Microtest we have available several testers: A565, J750, Integra Flex with RF option, 2 Microflex. The partnership with Teradyne is giving us the chance to take out the best performances from the ATEs.
