Microtest is also a test house. We have a clean room with TSK probers and handlers to test at hot, cold and room temperature.

Small volume production is possible up to 200 – 300 K samples.

This gives us the chance to perform pre-production, increasing test program stability and yield before high volume production in far east. Characterization at 3 temperatures and CPK-analysis are performed before any production start-up.
