The MSW05 is a 16 channels transceiver for high voltage, high precision application, which integrates 16 independent solid state relays in a small package LQFP44.
The MSW05 provides 16 channels with a variable input voltage range, from -5V to 175V down to -180V to 0V, to have much flexibility for HV application, due to a very low input leakage current.
The MSW05 offers the possibility to switch on/off the channels independently, in serial or in parallel, in fast or slow driving mode, using slope controlled function, in case of low EMI and low noise injection through the line are required. |

| MSW06 |
The MSW06 is a programmable DC Source (DCS IC), able to give a 4 quadrants regulated voltage, so it can supply positive/negative voltages and currents in all available combinations. User can set the voltage he wants to regulate on DCsense out pin, choosing from 9 different ranges (±2V,±3V, ±5V, ±10V, ±20V, ±50V, ±90V, ±180V) also selecting the current (sunk or sourced) limitation threshold from 6 different ranges (20μA, 200μA, 2mA, 20mA, 200mA, 500mA).
The MSW06 can be also used as a meter, to measure the voltage on the load and the current through it, even during regulation, to verify the values of the selected quantities. |
